IO4 – Learning Pathways

Pathways to socio-economic inclusion will widen the dimension of the support actions targeting the beneficiaries. They will extend the intervention to the first health and social activities to a deeper action to facilitate the social inclusion of foreign women into the civic society of the hosting country. To assure this objective, professional training course will be developed and personalised routes will be proposed for each woman. This includes career guidance for an active job search, preparation of CVs, short courses to develop soft skills and enhance job opportunities, focused on Personal Branding and Conscious Use of Social Media.
